OneSource Information Systems inc. (OSIS) is owned and operated by 3 principals who have a combined 25+ years of sales, consulting and programming experience in the Microsoft Business Solutions – NAV environment.

Already established as the first Microsoft Business Solutions – NAV practice in Western Canada, OSIS was incorporated in 2004 to build on that track record by focusing on comprehensive accounting and business solutions for small to medium sized business organizations.

We recognize that different businesses require different levels of consulting involvement during the implementation process. Our staff has successfully implemented business/ERP solutions in a number of environments ranging from single user systems to international, multi-location businesses.

As OneSource, we are differentiating ourselves in the marketplace by servicing smaller opportunities that normally could not afford to purchase and implement Navision, yet who have a desire to leverage their business with more robust software than might normally be affordable to them. In conjunction with typical consulting services required to roll out a Navision solution, we also offer hosting services, including access to other business related software products, and IT management and accounting services for those businesses that might not have in house expertise, particularly in the area of computerized accounting solutions.

OSIS provides consulting and software expertise to help with software selection and implementation. OSIS also provides hosting and subscription services in a secure, Tier 1 data centre. The Hosting model alleviates the need for upfront investment in hardware and operating systems and decreases the ongoing cost of maintaining computer system infrastructure, including manpower costs. In addition, Subscription licensing allows clients to reduce up front costs while providing a manageable, stable monthly fee for system access.
