STEVE CLIPPINGDALEAfter the completion of a career as a professional hockey player, Steve spent 10 years in Sales & Marketing and Management positions in the printing business before managing his own technology based business, Luminous Technologies, which he acquired in 1988. Prior to selling his interest in Luminous to Tectura Corporation (formerly The Aston Group) in 2000, Steve was able to successfully manage Luminous through a number of technological advancements in the products offered, ending with Microsoft Dynamics Nav during the 12 years Steve owned Luminous.
With the sale of Luminous, Steve continued in a sales capacity with Tectura, where he expanded his sales product base to include Microsoft Dynamics GP and Microsoft Dynamics Ax to complement Microsoft Dynamics NAV in his mix of offerings. Steve was consistently one of the top sales producers for Tectura in North America, despite handling one of the lowest populated territories.
During his time with Luminous and Tectura, Steve gained a keen interest with great insights into the management of change for both individuals and organizations, understanding the potential. With this background, also including extensive education and training, Steve has worked with Canela Michelle Meyers to develop several successful workshops for facilitating breakthrough performance for individuals and organizations.
